Message	it is unfortnate that such beautiful products comes damaged but there is an esay fix. Find two hammers, one needs to have a plastic handel, put that handel inside the inlet/outlet, use the other hammer to tap it out and try to get them as round as possible. Go slow, the metal is very soft so not much energy is need to get them back into shape. Hopefully Ash will take care of you, but it is a fix i had to do myself. I must agree better packaing method is needed here.
